The 12th Annual Cards and Games Party




The Friends of the Arts’ (“FOTA”) 12 annual cards and games party was held recently at Broadneck Evangelical Presbyterian Church. The event raised $4,530 that will be applied to the FOTA Scholar Program, now in its sixth year. Dinah Little was the Chair for this event. The committee included: Gail Olmstead; Doris Gomoljak; Jeanne Shaw; Ellenor Alvarez; Pat Brooks; Annette Uroskie; and Aileen Thomas.

FOTA thanks the following for their generous contributions: Applebee's Grill & Bar; Deep Creek Restaurant; Freda Gandy; JalapeƱos Restaurant; Kilarney House; Lures Bar & Grille; O'Loughlin's Restaurant and Pub; PF Chang's Chinese Restaurant; Port Tack, Ltd Wines & Spirits; Potbelly Sandwich Shop; Scotlaur Inn B&B; Chick & Ruth's Deli; Arlene Walsh; and all of the Friends of the Arts Members who made donations.
Upcoming FOTA events will include a May 12, 2015 bus trip to Washington, D.C. to view outdoor sculptures. By popular demand, Friend and artist Freda Gandy will lead this trip for the second time.
